How 1:1 Mentoring works

1:1 Mentoring is a 12-week, one-to-one journey designed to support meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels manageable and real.

  • 3 x 60-minute 1:1 sessions (monthly)

  • High-access WhatsApp support between sessions

  • (some of my deepest conversations happen via text!)

  • Personalised journaling prompts and reflective practices
